Basketball is more than just skill—it's about strength and athleticism. Our camp includes tailored off-court strength sessions designed to help young athletes build core stability, explosive power, and injury prevention techniques. These workouts are age-appropriate and focused on helping players develop the physical tools needed to perform better on the court and stay injury-free.
Training hard is important, but so is recovery. At our camp, we prioritize helping athletes recover effectively so they can stay at their best. We incorporate advanced recovery methods, including sessions in our infrared sauna, ice baths for muscle recovery, and the use of compression massage pants to reduce soreness and improve circulation. Players will also learn essential stretching and mobility exercises, ensuring they’re equipped with the tools to prevent burnout and enhance their performance long after camp ends.
